Compliance

Compliance and Trust

Medigize takes a compliance-first approach. Compliance is not treated as an afterthought or a legal overlay, but as part of how the platform is designed to operate: what is collected, what is not collected, how data is handled, where the platform's role stops, and where licensed provider responsibility begins.

How to understand compliance here

Medigize does not treat compliance as legal text alone, but as part of operating design:

check
data minimization
check
no PHI collection through the public website
check
clear role boundaries
check
assistive and governed AI use
check
auditable and accountable workflows

Referencing these frameworks does not mean that Medigize is claiming blanket certification, legal approval, or total end-state compliance everywhere from day one; it means these frameworks inform the design, boundaries, and direction of the platform.

Accessibility Statement

Medigize is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Medigize is built to target WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. This includes considerations for color contrast, semantic HTML, keyboard navigability, and clear focus indicators.

As an MVP in development, we recognize that some areas may not be fully accessible yet, particularly as new dynamic components are introduced. We consider accessibility to be a continuous process.

If you experience any difficulty accessing our website, please contact us.
